1. Lessons
Lesson procedures:
For children under 5 years, parents/caregivers are encouraged to attend the sessions with the child.
To reduce the chance of vomiting in the pool, it is recommended that children not be fully fed 30mins before/after their swim sessions.
Regarding absence because of illness, common sense applies. If your child is unwell, please feel free to postpone the session by contacting us.
ANY absence, for ANY reason, is accepted and be postponed to any other day subjected to the availability of the coach.
However, postponement of sessions will only be accepted via notifications with acknowledgement from dip!. Latest notification is 1 hour prior to the commencement of session.
In cases of wet weather, postponement of sessions will be accepted only if the session has yet to commence.
Take leave part thereof lessons would be regarded as an attended session.
dip! reserves the right to decline taking up or continue with parents/learners with highly inappropriate behaviour in our opinion.
Parents are reminded that in the case of an emergency, children must not be left with their coaches alone but co-ordinate and heed instructions from the coaches.
Coaches shall activate emergency protocols at the pool till appropriate help arrives.
2. Enrolment policies
Enrolment starts from the date you place your child’s name in a session with full payment made.
If start dates required to be forward dated, kindly inform us 2 weeks in advance. We will accommodate as much as possible subjected to the coach assigned availability.
Payment confirms enrolment. Places may only be held without payment for a maximum of 3 days.
A variety of discount codes are available occasionally to preferential clients. Kindly present the discount codes before enrolment.
Full payment is to be made in advance and is refundable.
3. Cancellation policies
Any cancellation of enrolment starts from the date you notify us that you wish to cancel, or on any nominated future date. i.e. Cancellations cannot be back-dated.
Cancellation of enrolment with remaining sessions will be refunded based on calculations of fees paid for the particular term. (Example: fees paid: $200/4 lessons - upon cancellation, there are 2 lessons remained. The refund would be $100).
To avoid any confusion, any cancellation of enrolment must be communicated to coach_athan@dipswimsingapore.com.
4. What happens if I miss a session?
As much as possible, please make the effort to attend all your regular sessions so you can develop with the coach and the other learners in your group.
A no-show would be regarded as an attended session.
Make-up & postponed sessions shall be booked according to enrolment. e.g. weekday sessions cannot book weekend sessions as make-up.
Make-up & postponed sessions are unlimited. Do make safe decisions and not sorry decisions.
Absence from 5 sessions consecutively will automatically be subjected to a suspension. The place will be open to other learners. Resumption will be subjected to availability & acceptance by dip! management.
